Dongjeok village trail promoted by Dong-gu district office was nominated for 2010 demonstration project of technical support on Health Impact Assessment contested by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs.
Dongjeokgol Ecological Trail Road from Dongjeokgyo bridge in front of Hakun Elementary School to athletic rest place is also a part of climbing path between Saeinbong peak and Jungmeorijae ridge of Mt. Mudeung. Dong-gu district office constructed a park of 80,000 tulip flowers on the lot size of 1,700㎡ on the Dongjeokgol Ecological Trail Road which citizens loves.
